Insurance & Fees

Beginning on June 1, 2026, I will no longer be in network with any Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. My practice will be private pay only.

As an out of network provider, my rates are as follows:

Hour long initial consult $190

Subsequent sessions $165

ATR and LGPAT Supervision $125

Please check your insurance plan for out of network benefits. I will provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

 

Under the No Surprises Act law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services including psychotherapy services.

 

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

 

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

 

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
